Access to Playtopia is free. However, attractions can only be used if you have a Playtopia card or wristband, and entry to the Soft Play areas requires special anti-slip socks. The price of a card is 10 lei, the wristband is 15 lei, and the anti-slip socks are 10 lei.
The wristbands can be bought exclusively from the reception, the cards you can get them from the reception and also every available kiosk in Playtopia.
Do not throw away the cards/wristband! You can use them on your next visit at the playground, just recharge and have fun!
To use the attractions in the playground, the wristband or card must be loaded with one of the SoftPlay packages or PlayTokens packages.
The packages can be purchased at the reception or at the digital kiosks. There are 7 kiosks on-site: three at the entrance and another four spread throughout the interior.
The Softplay packages can be bought only from the reception.
The PlayTokens packages can be bought from the reception but also from the kiosks available inside Playtopia.
You can use the kiosks both to purchase new packages and to reload a previously purchased card or wristband with additional packages.
You can use the kiosks also for cheking the balance of your card/wristband.
Unused tokens do not expire; they remain on the wristband or card and can be used on your next visit.
Access to Playtopia does not require a prior appointment. Packages can be purchased directly on-site, at the reception, or at the digital kiosks.
Playtopia is located within Zacaria Retail Center, so you don’t need to worry—we have more than 200 parking spaces available.
On your first visit to Playtopia, access is granted by purchasing a wristband or a card, which will represent your key to Playtopia from now on. Wristbands can be purchased at the reception, while cards can be issued directly at one of the 7 kiosks located on-site. The cards and wristbands are reusable, so you will keep them for future visits.

No, because special non-slip socks will be purchased at the reception, which you will wear in all play areas. For shoe storage, we have specially designed lockers, as well as dedicated cabinets.
Play Tickets are physical tickets you can win at many of the arcade games in Playtopia. These tickets should then be fed into the Ticket Eater, where you scan your wristband to receive the equivalent amount of Play Tickets on your card or wristband. Then, simply convert your Play Tickets into prizes at the Winner Station located near the reception area.
No, Play Tickets can't be converted in Play Tokens and they cannot be used to access the attractions.
Yes, access to Playtopia is unrestricted and open, regardless of the number of ongoing parties. Playtopia is an extremely spacious realm, designed to accommodate hundreds of people at the same time.
